Renee Lawler

Renee graduated from Minneapolis Business College with a degree in travel and hospitality. She has over 15 years of experience in all areas of the hospitality field. With nearly a decade of experience in the wedding market, Renee loves the challenge of making her clients’ weddings unique to stand out from the rest. She always has great ideas to help make a wedding memorable and elegant. Renee is a member of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) and the International Special Event Society (ISES). She attends industry seminars and conferences to stay on top of the latest trends in events and weddings.

Erika LaDousa

Erika has over a decade of experience managing special events and has specifically been involved in wedding planning since 2002. She manages all logistics of a wedding for brides and grooms from working with vendors and staff to arrange for floral arrangements to supervising banquet staff to feed large and small wedding parties. Erika graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational communication with a special event coordinating minor. She is a member of the International Special Event Society (ISES) and currently sits on its Twin Cities Chapter Board of Directors. She is also a member of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE), the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Alumni Association, and is on the board of directors for the Ric Jonas Memorial Foundation.

Jodi Kopka

Jodi brings experience of over 10 years in the catering and hospitality industry. Jodi's experience and knowledge of wedding planning will provide you with the most memorable experience of your wedding ceremony and/or reception. She is a member of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) which is the oldest and largest catering association in the world. She continues to attend conferences and events to further stay on top of the industry trends and provide each bride and groom personalized service from the beginning to the end of all planning aspects. .
