Whether your guest list is large or small, our wedding planners will work with you to customize your reception and to create the details to make your wedding reception uniquely your own.

You’re sure to find the space required to meet your reception size needs. We have five options available to you: the Willow Ballroom, the Palm Ballroom, the Orchid Room, the Azela Room, and the Gardenia Room. The ballrooms hold up to 250 and 300 respectively and have a traditional ballroom feel with elegant chandeliers and rich wall coverings and carpet. The Orchid, Azela and Gardenia Rooms are smaller—seating between 70 and 100 depending on the room—and are perfect for an intimate reception, social hour, or groom’s dinner.

Embassy Suites Airport offers Dinner Reception Packages, Hors d’Oeuvres Reception Packages , and Ala-Carte options . Floral arrangements, menu, liquor, wine, champagne, wedding cake, décor, and the DJ are all arranged through our professional wedding planners.
